With some unexpected time on my hands recently I decided to channel that energy into something productive and earned a certificate in Generative AI Strategy and Leadership from Coursera, thanks to Jules White. The course was was top-notch, engaging, and filled with practical examples. What I found particularly fascinating is how generative AI could allows us to focus more on what truly matters – the human side in all we do. I’m excited to see how we can integrate technology towards building better workplaces and supporting our teams in more meaningful ways.
