Caveat Emptor - Depreciation can be classified as either curable or incurable. I would like to highlight immediate concerns regarding some of the new technologies being installed in public real estate workplaces and schools, such as: • Filtration systems (fiberglass spun, media, HEPA), • Ionization (Needle Point, Pulsating, DBI), • Ozonation (Corona Discharge, Ultraviolet), • UV systems (185-254nm, UVGI), and • UV with target (Photocatalytic Oxidation, Hydroxyl). These technologies being installed in wet/dry buildings combined with toxic cleaning chemicals, toxic construction materials, etc have increasingly caused adverse reactions for adults and children with severe asthma, COPD, Lupus, and other respiratory or autoimmune conditions. Many of these individuals are being pushed out of indoor public spaces and schools due to “lung fragility” and other low organ function complications, which are often overlooked by medical professionals and government regulators. Additionally, there needs to be stronger protections for workers who have been displaced due to work-related or environmental challenges such as aafa.org approved purification, filtration, ventilation systems to address emissions and wet/dry buildings
Would be interesting to see more data showing proportional contributing influences, from financial, to emotional, social, etc 🤔
Almost 40% first time buyers! They will need a Realtor!!!

It's a shame... the median age for first time buyers should be much lower!
How do you plan to address educated buyers ? Example—100 Million people now living with allergies and asthma!
Are there any regional or local statistics out there? Anybody?
These numbers need to drop 😬
Oh very interesting! We are about to buy our second home at 32 😄

2moI don’t trust any stats from NAR! They are just trying to pacify us long term members for their creating and contributing to the devastation to many real estate careers! I’ve been licensed since 1978 and I will never support them again! They had legal counsel to protect our industry! They should have seen this coming! First buyer agency, then transaction brokers, then no dual agency, then more and more clauses and verbiage in purchase agreements we were suppose to give to our clients and explain as if we were lawyers! Now this last blow to convince and confuse the general public that just wants to buy a home!! So they will go it on their own not understanding our value and worth! NAR could have fought for us to the bitter end! By settling they have agreed that our industry mislead the general public! The first thing I always told clients, sellers or buyers that our real estate fees are negotiable! I’ve accepted 5%, 6%, 7% whatever the seller and I agreed was a fair fee. If it was to low I would thank them for their time and move on! I don’t work for free! It’s hard enough that you don’t get paid anything!!! - until closing! Tell me another profession that requires you to work months for free! We take the risk - earn the $!
