This program provides students who are contemplating a career in biomedical research or academic medicine with an opportunity to work side by side with some of the leading scientists in the nation, in an environment devoted exclusively to biomedical research. AI and medicine have plenty potential
Looking back on my research internship with OxBright I realise the impact this experience has had on me in developing my communication, group work and time management skills. Throughout the month, I was virtually guided by a professional in the field to produce a paper with my group members about the cutting edge topic of AI in medicine. I not only expanded my knowledge on the topic, but I also got to work with like-minded students from around the world and broaden my network.
