January is National Stalking Awareness Month. In the past month, we've already seen that predators feel emboldened to act without repercussions, and tech companies are rolling back the guardrails. 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤: 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 ⭐ This week is Anti-Slavery Week, a time to raise awareness of the hidden crime of Modern Slavery and human trafficking that affects millions of people around the world. Modern Slavery is not only a grave violation of human rights, but also a serious threat to employers and supply chains. That’s why we at Staffline are committed to preventing, detecting, and addressing any risks or cases of Modern Slavery in our operations and activities. To mark the start of Anti-Slavery Week, we caught up with our Compliance Investigations Team, responsible for ensuring that we comply with the relevant laws and regulations on Modern Slavery. They also work closely with our suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to promote ethical and responsible business practices throughout our value chain. We are proud of our Compliance Investigations Team and the work they do to make sure that we are part of the solution, not the problem, when it comes to Modern Slavery. We believe that every person deserves to be free from exploitation and abuse, and we strive to uphold this principle in everything we do. If you'd like to learn more on our approach to Modern Slavery, read our latest Modern Slavery Statement: https://lnkd.in/eHytMvXh Steven Bell Sarah Boparan Chris Raine Ellerker #AntiSlaveryWeek
