When you are pitching your #MSP services to a new prospect, ask them if the other MSP's have a code of ethics and a code of conduct. The #nsitsp have samples to share.

We recently published our code of ethics on our website. Our next batch of branded postcards that we send to current and prospective clients will also have the NSITSP logo on them!

Taking in my first session of the day with Adam Balfour, Carsten Tams, and Karen Moore helping us understand our end users and ways to get more human input into the design of our compliance program outputs. Front line workers are more apt to buy-in when their real needs and pain points are considered. The question, how practical is it to invite collaboration of your front line workers into developing training/codes of ethics/policies/ethics? Lots of valuable takeaways during our session!! #SCCEcei
