McKinsey has published their 2024 The State of Tourism and Hospitality report. Some interesting points are made in the report about the changing of source markets and upcoming tourist destinations like Peru, Rwanda and Vietnam. Also the change in travel for different generations and the shift in luxury travel are part of the report. An interesting read with loads of great data.

It's great to see some regions reaching pre-Covid tourism numbers. Africa is up 5% and the Middle East a whopping 36%. Tourism recovery should be back to normal in most regions in 2025.
