A wide range of ages and levels to understand their views on what makes them choose, stay or leave a job because “If you understand your people you understand your business” The top three drivers when choosing a new role and that mean someone stays in a role are compensation, flexibility and job security. The top three reasons people leave are low compensation, career advancement and inflexible working.
