Example: Constantly checking social media or indulging in entertainment when you should be studying. Ill-will: Negative feelings towards others or situations. Example: Feeling resentment towards the exam, the process, or even fellow candidates who seem to have it easier. Sloth-Torpor: Laziness and lack of energy, both mentally and physically.
