As companies transition to an electrified off-highway fleet, training programs become essential to maximize the potential of these advanced technologies. For the eLION and BODAS, Bosch Rexroth’s integrated electrification platform for off-highway machinery, @Bosch Rexroth Australia offers specialized training to understand the unique characteristics of electric machinery. For maintenance technicians, training on eLION systems and BODAS control system is essential to ensure they can troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electric drivetrains, and ancillary drives. For fleet managers and engineers, training that focuses on managing the energy needs and running diagnostics of an electrified fleet, is most beneficial. Bosch Rexroth provides in-depth training, equipping companies technicians with the skills to work safely with electric power systems to perform routine maintenance on electrically driven hydraulic systems and execute more complex repairs. As a result, trained technicians can minimize downtime, reduce repair costs, and extend the lifespan of the fleet. #Questionforgroup During Patton's training class, I've been asked many times, "how can I tell when my lube pumps are failing?" My first answer is simple: Look at the video & notice the oil in the lube box sight glass, if the sight glass is full, the pumps are bypassing! 🫤🫤🫤 This is what we see many times when called out to troubleshoot divider block no-flow shutdown problems. Notice the oil coming from the lubricator flushing assembly? 😳😳😳 My second answer (which I will post later) is more in-depth, because some compressor OEMs have made it very difficult for technicians to troubleshoot for failing lube pumps. This is one of hundreds of reasons we built a training facility in Fredericksburg Texas & offer 8 hrs of in-depth, hands-on instructions for nothing but operation, maintenance & troubleshooting the divider block system! 👏🏼👏🏼

Teaching and Feedback I've just finished delivering a Think EMC 1 day Electrical Safety course for my friends at Eurofins York. Some very good and sometimes challenging questions from the attendees which is always appreciated. At the end of any course I like to turn the conversation around and ask the attendees for specific examples of what they learned or found the most interesting. Sometimes what you hear may be a surprise. A section of the course that you thought wasn't well received turns out to be valuable to more than one person. I think getting quick feedback whilst the thoughts are fresh in the heads of the class is very valuable. When I run a Think EMC course I always try and get anonymous feedback that helps me improve the course by asking "what do you wish that we had spent more time on or covered in more detail" What do my fellow teachers and trainers do to get feedback? What specific questions to ask to get through attendees being polite and telling you what they really think? Thanks in advance for your thoughts :) Min Zhang Werner Grommes Charlie Blackham Martina Kreutz Kenneth Wyatt Keith Armstrong Matt Androsiuk CMSE® Andy Eadie Andy Degraeve Karen Burnham
