🔥 “On your left…” 🔥
That moment in Avengers: Endgame when Captain America stands alone against an overwhelming army is unforgettable. Just when all hope seems lost, portals open, and allies arrive—Black Panther, Thor, Iron Man, the Hulk, and countless others—turning the tide of the battle.
This scene is more than just cinematic brilliance; it’s a powerful metaphor for resilience, unity, and the strength of community. In our toughest moments, it can feel like we’re standing alone against insurmountable odds. But if we hold the line, allies will show up—sometimes in the most unexpected ways.
Whether it’s in business, sustainability, or personal challenges, success often comes from collective effort. No one succeeds in isolation. We need each other, and when we come together, we’re unstoppable.
Who’s in your “portal moment” network? Tag those who have shown up for you when you needed it most! 💪🌍

We have thousands of women building up in the Cybersecurity pipelines, and we want those flood gates to open with Employers that will take them the rest of the way!
Don't think about it. JUST DO IT!
BE THE FIRST TO TAKE BOLD PLUNGES IN THE NAME OF YOUR TEAM!
Women: Release your inhibitions!
Let me see your excitement, for what's in front of you.
A former Sales Manager in my past, just got a job at Crowdstrike
She's now releasing her inhibitions, empowered.
I feel like I'm about to jump out of my skin, bolder, and badder, more helpful to the world, when Employers receive women, instead of put hurdles in front of them.
What Bright Lights can I put on the next bridge, to make life just a little more brighter for the world?
When AI released, I leaped a second time.
A company asked me to be open, be coachable into a new system. Illana Golan has been retreating with Richard Branson. How facinating that would be for me to tap some special people.
I'm holding my feet to the fire, tired on my own frustrations with myself. I can drive like a machine, and then I can rest, at times. When my head spins, I have to use the ear seeds, massage and a hot tub to balance myself. I have a different process for working the mind, body and breathe.
Truth is, your thoughts matter!
In Sales, my Partners are an extension of me. Sometimes we might compete, but not if we're working it right, in good communication, and with a spirit that is good for the end users. We balance, support, and act as ONE TEAM!
New learnings: a "one call close".
You've never heard of it, I know. Me either.
Not in Enterprise, I don't think, but I'm being open minded.
Did you see that ZOOM took my advice on IVR?
Its a new cloud offerring. Smartest move EVER!
Its now REALTIME AI TRANSACTIONS EVERYWHERE.
Yesterday, I had a first job interview in years.
I always keep an open mind.
The first question was self-sabatogging from a Hiring Mgr.
It was, "Do you have a book of business?"
Its a BIASED question toward having relationships with certain companies of which he could call out the names, specifically.
You CAN'T do that anymore!
My response was, "You're not giving me an opportunity to present the best of myself". He was set aback, and proceeded with the second question. It became a 30 min interview. I give him credit for his bravery to see a women.
He's now someone in my fold to call on, for another reason in my Communities. I never throw opportunities away. I'll bring him value, and he will bring me value one day.
This is a sales lesson, if you can't quite recognize it.
If you’re hosting a party, you’ve got to be the first person in the pool fully clothed. A big thank you to everyone for quickly joining me and kicking off Virgin Atlantic's 40th birthday party in style!

Mar 2018 - Finishing up Flight Chief school, now ready to lead recruiting teams anywhere in the U.S.
I was recently asked what started me down the path of #recruiting. It's certainly not a pathway you just "fall into", especially in the United States Air Force. There's a lot of training that goes into learning about people.
✅ Learning about Wants vs. Needs
✅ Finding out the "Why" that motivates us
✅ Remembering all of the benefits that the Air Force has to offer.
Put that all into a designated Recruiting School where you're constantly demonstrating your knowledge and abilities to a level that makes you "Field Ready" on Day 1!
It's a career field that can be incredibly stressful...but to me, it was so fulfilling to help people achieve their #goals and become better versions of themselves as they came back from Basic Training & Tech School. It was my calling to develop others and put them in a place to succeed.
It's been my motivation since 2009, and I'm incredibly blessed to be with The Walt Disney Company in a Recruiting capacity. Helping #veterans, #militaryspouses, #students and #youngprofessionals find success (where I can) continues to be my purpose!

Absolute faith in one another is imperative among members of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels precision flying team, where soaring canopy-to-canopy at 500 mph is all part of a day’s work.
Building Radical Trust
Trust is so baked into Blue Angels culture that it transcends personal consideration. Armatas doesn’t simply trust his specific crew to prepare his plane for a safe and successful flight. Instead, he trusts in the process that has guided every crew member who ever worked with the Blue Angels. He trusts a culture that values attention to detail and delivering on commitments with absolute commitment and discipline.
Such next-level trust rests on a belief that “nothing is too minute” to deserve attention. If you handle the details to an extreme extent, says Armatas, the big stuff falls into place. “As a leader, when you have that level of trust, it allows you to keep your mind on what’s most important,” he says. “The expectations here are extremely high that everybody does their job not only well and correctly but also independently, so that teammates don’t need to keep going back and checking on them.”
The Blue Angels are also devoted to continuous improvement. After every demo, the flight crew and pilots meet for a debrief. “
‘Glad to Be Here’
The Blue Angels’ top core value is gratitude—and they live up to it in every conversation. Armatas says the Blue Angels’ single strongest tradition is the greeting/affirmation, “Glad to be here,” delivered by team members in casual conversation as well as before briefings and other more formal gatherings.
“The phrase is intended as a constant reminder that those chosen for the Blue Angels team are not special, but rather lucky to have been pulled from a submarine or aircraft carrier of the Navy fleet and given the opportunity to do difficult but ultimately rewarding and even fun and exciting work,” says Armatas. “It reminds each and every team member that what got them there was earned, not given to them, and that keeping your spot should never be taken for granted.”
Ship, Shipmates and Self
The power of a great culture comes from transcending the individual yet linking individuals to a mission and set of values bigger and longer-lasting than themselves.
A 2023 article in the Harvard Business Review assigned leaders of purpose-driven cultures the responsibility “to clearly communicate and authentically embody the company’s purpose and values” while also drawing “clear connections between purpose, values and performance, acknowledging the inevitabilities of short-term trade-offs in favor of a grander mission.”
The Blue Angels have always put their grander mission at the heart of their values and performance. “In the Navy, leaders learn to do what is best for the ship, one’s shipmates and yourself, in that order,” #leadership#trust
When a group of intelligent and competent people subordinate their egos, work together as one cohesive team, and commit to each other and to the mission, they can do remarkable things. This 5 minute video demonstrates what elite teamwork looks like...

Can’t wait for Avengers Doomsday and Avengers Secret wars on my free time. And this should come as no surprise. As Mr RDJ is one of the highest paid actors and was the face of the mcu since the first iron man film to endgame. Having the Russo brothers return after marvel has not had a very successful 2023. It was a good move along with bringing Mr RDJ back as a Tony stark variant of doctor doom. Because he will not play the real victor von doom. It will be a Tony stark variant. This was hinted by Mr RDJ with the line new mask, same task, and with the secret wars logo. And I know a lot of people were not very happy with this choice of removing Kang. But I think this is a much better choice in my honest opinion, because a lot of people were not a fan of Kang as the big bad. Kang will still be in secret wars, but he will have a very minor role. As he is no longer the big bad. But the quality of the writing and the story for doomsday and secret wars will be amazing and a massive success. Because the Russo brothers have not missed. They directed four of the greatest mcu movies of all time and were huge successes in the box office.
CA-WS
CA- CW
Avengers Infinity War
Avengers Endgame
I can understand that some people are a little confused with this decision of removing Kang and then bringing doctor doom so early, when his story has not been told yet in the mcu.
But this is a good move because the Russo brothers are adopting a more comic book route for both avengers films just like in the comics but not page for page.
But overall. It’s great to see Mr RDJ back. Which is what the mcu needed. Because it has not reached the same high level success since avengers endgame and most people have not been a fan of the multiverse saga compared to the infinity saga.
Mr RDJ returning to play doctor doom will not undo his sacrifice in endgame. Because he is not playing the real victor von doom. It is obvious that he is playing a Tony stark variant of doctor doom. How will they pull this off remains to be seen, and no one won’t find out until the films release. Tony stark and doctor doom’s history certainly may play a big role. I am excited on my free time for avengers doomsday and avengers secret wars. Deadpool and Wolverine on my free time was excellent. Deadpool and Wolverine set up secret wars in a big way. I won’t give out any spoilers. It’s great to see Mr RDJ back, the Russo brothers back. Avengers doomsday and secret wars will be a massive success and because the Russo brothers success with infinity war and endgame. I have no doubt that the quality of the writing and the story for both avengers films will be amazing and excellent. And they will be very successful in the box office surpassing infinity war and endgame if the story is right. Marvel is back. 2026 for movies is going to be a big year. And yes it is about to go down.
Sources say Marvel is plunking down $80 million for Anthony and Joe Russo to direct “Avengers: Doomsday” and “Avengers: Secret Wars” and “significantly more” for Downey to tackle uber-villain Doctor Doom in the two tentpoles. The Russos’ deal doesn’t include back-end compensation, but it does contain performance escalators that kick in at the $750 million and $1 billion thresholds.
For Downey, who helped catapult Marvel into a money-printing machine thanks to his turn as Tony Stark in the first “Iron Man” film in 2008, his deal also is filled with perks that include private jet travel, dedicated security and a whole “trailer encampment” for the newly minted Oscar winner.
