Seems the system has been restored but now we cannot log in for existing users. The new member log in portal is asking for a 8-Character username while the previous ID numbers are 7-Characters. Are we going to be issued new ID numbers?

It's passed 2 working hours of the 26th, and this maintenance still in progress while there isn't any updates for us. C'mon NCSL...At least further toksave lo system upgrade delay ba orait.

I have tried logging in but still cannot with my new username and pword.

NCSL Team, is anyone available on this platform to respond to the customers/members?????

We have been waiting patiently for this new upgraded system to come live at 4pm until I see this notice . Hope all is well and live tomorrow . Thanks NCSL
