How much longer is it going to take to resolve issues? Upgrade was done last weekend and you're still having issues today.
Hello, I sent an email to helpdesk and call centre then registered a service request on myncsl portal but have yet to hear back. Can someone assist? I just want to get a statement of my accounts. I have re-registered for e-statements but even that isn't working after I put in the OTP. It prompts an error. Please go back to the old system as it was more straight forward with no issues.
Why is General Savings showing Nil, zero balance??? I think most users are facing same issue.

Forever robbing members. How much more will members lose their savings? Last time system was hacked my poro account has credit balance. Now some account has completely wiped out. Recruit more cheap laborers so they continue to hack your system
Tried re-registering myself since Wednesday. Every time I call, they tell me to refresh the link and try again. Tried numerous times and still cannot login even when I was successfully registered. One of the technical persons I spoke to couldn't explain what the issue was and just told me to try again, by then it was Thursday afternoon and I was irritated, the moment I raised my voice and questioned the officer, he hung up on me. So much for customer service. Today I was told to go to the branch and go through the registration process with an officer there. So I asked, what if the same issues persist even after going to the branch? Answer: We'll escalate it this to the respective teams. 😒
Can we do manual withdrawal at the Branch. I have transferred funds from Poro Account twice already and yet to be updated in my Bank account. I hope system will be up soon as this is causing inconvenience to customers.
