Pine Hills Youth Correctional Facility sought de-escalation training from CPI to help decrease staff injuries and use of force. With focused training on verbal intervention techniques, staff at Pine Hills Youth Corrections Facility were able to proactively address challenging behavior before it escalated to violence. This resulted in an 80% decrease in staff injuries and an 87% reduction in the use of force.
