If you’ve ever felt like something’s wrong with you because you’re “overly reactive,” “hyper-aware,” or “always on edge”? This is for you: You are not broken. You have adapted. If you believe that you’re broken. It represents another problem to overcome. But if you accept that your nervous system protects, everything shifts. Because here’s the truth (rooted in polyvagal theory): You’ve adapted before - you can adapt again. One of my clients recently told me, “I feel like me again”.  That’s the feeling I want for you, too. This is about learning to feel safe in your skin again, which goes beyond just surviving. It means: 💕 Feeling safe  😍 Being yourself 🧚♀️ Showing kindness to yourself And always remember: You are not broken. You’ve been stronger all along than you’ve ever given yourself credit for. P.S.
