The energy was incredible as we came together in person, bridging the virtual gaps that often separate us. 🌐   🌱 Nurturing Talent All Year Round in Learning & Talent Development (L&TD), our mission is clear: to attract and nurture the best talent. In the summer at CLA, we take a minute to reflect on our inspired careers. I find this diagram to be a great tool to either: 1. Help decide on an initial career path for those just starting out or 2. Reflect as time goes by, skillsets shift, and interests change Feel free to substitute "CLA" with your own company name or prospective employer to guide your career journey.
