I've been seeing numerous threads from freelancers regarding different freelancing platforms, and one thing I'd like to tell everyone is to focus on the things you can control. Often, these issues distract us from the main goal, which is to get more jobs. They can create a mindset challenge, and I can tell you that once that sets in, it becomes very challenging to get the most out of these freelancing platforms. As a freelancer for quite a while now, I only focus on the things I can control. If a platform is not favorable to me, I engage with other platforms. I believe our main aim is to get clients and build a career for ourselves. So, why do we allow policies to affect us negatively? This is the time to use the policies to our advantage. I can tell you that if you put in the same kind of energy, sooner or later, you'll get that dream client or job that will make you forget all your worries. It's another new week. Let's do better this week and keep pushing. Freelancing is not for the weak; let's stay strong, and in the end, it will turn into a success story for all of us. Happy automating week, Fam!

Freelancing has DOWNFALLS. 1- People often talk about the positive side of freelancing, but no one tells the truth. • Before pursuing freelancing, it's crucial to understand the potential downsides. 2 - Freelancing offers flexibility and unlimited earning. • You have flexibility for working hours and choose when want to vacation. 3 - Managing client outreach and online presence is the key to freelancing. • Being your boss gives you freedom but also this is stressful. • Building a powerful online community and online presence is crucial. 4 - Understanding your self-worth. • You may start underpaid or working for free, but as you progress, know your value for charging clients. Thinking about freelancing and being your own boss? It sounds awesome, right? 🌟 You pick who you work with. 🌟 Bye bye boring 9-5. 🌟 Plenty of sleep & slow morning routine. 🌟 Travel and take off days whenever you feel like it. 🌟 You're the boss. Sounds perfect! Who wouldn’t like to work like that?! But let’s be real.. Some of these perks aren’t exactly true. Here’s why freelancing might not be for you: ❌ If the thought of promoting yourself makes you cringe, freelancing might be a tough ride. ❌ Not a fan of uncertainty? Freelancing is full of it; embracing risk is part of the game. ❌ Looking for steady, predictable income? That’s rarely the case with freelancing, at least at the start. Freelancing is like a rollercoaster. It has ups, downs, and crazy turns. ALL THE TIME. But, if you’re ready to work hard, the rewards are huge. There are no shortcuts or quick wins. Before You Start Freelancing, Answer This One Question... I spent two years wandering, taking various courses, and jumping from one freelancing community to another without clarity on what I really wanted and why. What helped me: Self-Meditation I asked myself: "Why do I want to start freelancing? (as simple as that may sound it's very important to your career) Each answer led to another "why" until I arrived at the final answer. I gained clarity on what I truly wanted. Are You Feeling Stuck? If you're confused, stuck, or unsure about your progress, it's likely because you haven't found your clarity yet. Getting clear on your goals and purpose should be your first step as a freelancer. My journey hasn't been easy, but clarity has brought: - Incredible positivity - Job Invitations, - Interview opportunities - Amazing connection and - Lots of rejections My Clarity has Helps Me Understand: - What services I offer - To whom I offer them - The skills I need to develop Now it's your turn! Grab a pen and paper, and ask yourself: - Why am I freelancing? - What drives me? - What problems do I want to solve? Once you understand your 'why,' everything else will fall into place. Freelancing !! I'm crazy about the same, because I have experienced the freedom and the amount of respect you get. A lot of people have asked me about how to start Freelancing? Here's how ! ⚡️Start your upwork account, ⚡️Be ready with samples ⚡️Don't lose hopes it takes a lot of time to get time (But if you are good at networking you don't need an app and hopes just post it on your networking platform) But why freelancing? ⚡️It's at your part to start the project and deadlines are made by you. ⚡️You have the freedom to say 'no' that's the biggest freedom of the world. I love to do freelancing it makes you productive, it's not like normal job that you have to give your 9 hrs or 8 hrs no matter what you have completed your work or not !! You can complete the work at your own pace and earn as much as you want and is capable for. Nobody can teach you freelancing don't go that side try on your own and experience will help you. ⭐️ I have started to sell my skill of Documentation and Analysis, I will love if the network helps me to get more and more work !! And also I wanted to set an example how you can get work, will keep you all updated if things go great !!

"Can I start freelancing?" A fresher asked me this question a few days back. The GOOD thing about freelancing is you can  start a freelancing career right away. The BAD thing about freelancing is you can  start a freelancing career right away. I am not a freelancer, but I've been working with a lot of freelancers. I have seen them all – the best and the worst ones. So here's my take: Before starting to freelance, try working in a company first. Here’s why it’s a good idea: ➡ Learning how things work: In a company, you learn a lot about how to work in a team and how businesses run. It’s like a practice round before you play the big game. ➡ Meeting people: You'll meet lots of different people at a company. These contacts can be super helpful when you start freelancing. ➡ Seeing the big picture: Working in a company shows you things like dealing with clients, building worflows and meeting deadlines. When you freelance, you'll use these skills every day. ➡ Building trust: If you've worked in a company, clients might trust you more. It shows you’ve got experience working professionally.
