The thing I value the most about dealing with the Neil Bailey Hey team is they're always available. I don't know how many people that I've told about the team and Neil, and it doesn't seem like they sleep. They're always there. I felt like. They were right beside me the whole time. Hand helding, but not coddling. Um, guiding but not pushy. There is somebody there. I see it because I'm on this end and that's highly appreciated. People be in there 1516 hours a day. I do appreciate getting woken up to a message that I might have sent at 11:30 PM. It's, it's like somebody is babysitting my future plans and my life. And what I what I really appreciated about Neil's team and Neil was the, was the constant communication in the group chat, constantly being able to just reach out and say, hey, this is what I'm thinking, or I found this or something like that. It just made it very, very straightforward and easy to have clear communication. And especially with the real estate deal when you're trying to go to bed at night and you're trying to sleep. And you're trying to put all this confusing real estate stuff to rest so you can get some rest for the night. It's very comforting knowing someone's there on the other end of that phone should you have a question.
