Embracing growth: MY GMAP JOURNEY Does anyone else tend to downplay their achievements? In attempt to be humble, we brush them off by saying our success was just a product of “luck” or “good timing.” Yeahhhh I've been there. Its almost two months on my GMAP journey, and I'm here to Journal my winss Confession: I survived 2 months of corporate chic! Gone are my jeans and crop tops - hello, heels and tailored bliss! GMAP journey highlights: - Mastered walking in heels (no ankle sprains!) - Transformed from casual to corporate queen - Discovered growth in discomfort (who knew?) The cheesiest is that I dressed up everyday as a corporate girlie and I wore heels. I wasn't sure I'd survive wearing a court heels for the entire working hours, but I did it again and again and again, and slowly it started becoming a lifestyle. For a jean and T-shirt or crop top girlie, I feel more like my life is currently getting an upgrade🤣. I love the thrill of becoming who I've always wanted to be while understanding that growth can also be uncomfortable, it requires that sometimes you leave your comfort zone.
