𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐘 𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐒 | The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Zero Trust Maturity Model (ZTMM) provides agencies an approach to achieve their transition plan to zero trust architectures. 👉 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥 Prevent unauthorized access to data and services coupled with making the Access Control Enforcement as granular as possible. 🛑 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 Existing infrastructures are siloed and built on implicit trust requiring large investments to change systems to better align with zero trust principles. That requires cooperation and engagement from senior leadership and key stakeholders. 💡 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 Built on cross-cutting capabilities of visibility and analytics, automation and orchestration, and governance - the Zero Trust Maturity Model (ZTMM) includes five pillars: 💪 Identity 💪 Devices 💪 Networks 💪 Applications and Workloads 💪 Data Each pillar has its own levels of maturity going through: Traditional, Initial, Advanced, and Optimal. Guide your agencies along these for each pillar in the ZTMM. The ZTMM coming out of CISA (part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security) was created for use by all federal agencies as they set their zero trust #strategy.
