As the year rushes toward its end, it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness—wrapping up projects, planning holidays, and chasing deadlines. But how often do we pause to reflect? Reflect on the growth we’ve experienced. The opportunities we’ve taken—and the ones we’ve missed. The new experiences we’ve gained and the friendships we’ve built. In the rush to finish the year strong, we sometimes forget to pause, look back, and thank God. For His guidance through the challenges, His provision in the opportunities, and His grace that has carried us when we felt like giving up. It’s in these moments of reflection that we find renewed strength, deeper appreciation, and a heart full of gratitude to keep going. So, here’s a reminder: Well done. Well done for working hard through long nights without recognition. Well done for stepping out of your comfort zone and embracing challenges. Well done for navigating setbacks with perseverance and grace. And well done for achieving the wins—both big and small—that only you and God truly know about. Take a moment to celebrate yourself and thank God for how far He has brought you. You’ve done better than you realize. Let’s finish this year strong, with gratitude in our hearts and faith for what’s ahead.

In 2024 I’ve learned or thought about: - Everything has a cycle aka time and place - Practice resilience (capacity to recover from hardship), perseverance (doing things despite hardship), and toughness (the amount of hardship you can tolerate) when they are required and justified. Don’t try to “toughen it out” all the time - Be pessimistic and cynical only in high risk situations where uncovering the truth is beneficial, otherwise be optimistic and trustful - Know what you want, think about your intentions until they become crystal clear so that you can define goals and actions - Doing things takes time, doing them right takes a lot of time. The most important thing are consistency, honesty, openness, and the ability to give up one things for the sake of what you want to achieve - Rushing things is probably the worst. All things being equal slow and deliberate always beats fast and unintentional I write this as a thank you to those who share their learnings frequently and unselfishly. Happy holidays.

YOU DID WELL!! When the year ends, we're all excited about planning the new year and writing down new resolutions. While writing these, we are tempted to blame ourselves for what didn't work among all the projects we had on our list that January, 1st. Let me tell you this: YOU DID WELL!! Celebrate your victories because, among those failed experiments and those unachieved projects we always focus on, there are battles we won that we can't see just because we're frustrated about what didn't work. Living in a society where people only showcase their victories but hardly their struggles and failures, we put so much pressure on ourselves. YOU DID WELL because every failed experiment is one step closer to success as Denzel Washington once said. So, take your notebook and pen and write your annual review. Be sincere throughout (no one is watching), and this time, instead of blaming yourself, track down those reasons that led you to failure: They are your key point for a successful year. After reviewing your year, take a sip, toast to your wins, and celebrate YOU. It wasn't easy, though YOU DID WELL! I wish you a Happy New Year in advance. Take good care of yourself, and make it count for 2025.🍾🥂

Wait, Where did the year go? Can you believe we’re just days away from December? It feels like January was just a blink ago and now, here we are, wrapping up another chapter. Quick question- How’s it going?, did the year play out as you hoped?, did you crush those goals, or did life toss you a few unexpected curveballs? Are you feeling proud of the wins you’ve achieved or you are staring at your vision board, wondering where the time went. Quess what? You’re not out of time. There’s still room to move, still opportunities to act, and still a chance to finish this year strong. Even if you don’t hit every target, that’s okay. Goals are about progress, not perfection. What matters is that you’ve kept going, learned something, and grown along the way. So, as we head into these final weeks, ask yourself: ➡️ What’s one goal I can still push toward? ➡️ How can I reflect on my progress with gratitude? The clock hasn’t stopped ticking, and neither should you. Let’s make these last days count! What’s one thing you’ll commit to before the year ends? Drop it below, I’ll love to cheer you on!

Happy December! Last stretch of the month. I’ve been reflecting the tremendous growth and change I’ve gone through within the past year. Here are 12 lessons I’ve learned repeatedly this year. 1. Results come from thinking logically, not from thinking based off of emotion. 2. What other people believe is possible is limited by their perception or experiences and self beliefs 3. Surround yourself with people who will cheer you on as much as you cheer them on. 4. It’s everyone’s first time in life 5. 2 hours of deep work > 14 hours of unfocused work. 6. If you learn how to learn effectively, you will be to learn faster. 7. If you can only name your strengths and not your weaknesses, then you do not have self-awareness. 8. When you throw away your ego and stop seeing things or tasks as “beneath you” that’s the point where you will exponentially grow. 9. When you first start doing something - high input is needed to achieve leverage. 10. Not everyone has the same heart, or same intentions as you. 11. Avoid the optionality trap, of always trying to “keep options open.” 12. Confidence doesn’t come from affirmations, self-care routines, etc., it comes from evidence. Almost 2025! What did you learn this year?

In both life and business, the goal isn’t to stand still or wait for the ‘perfect’ moment. It’s about diving in, learning, growing, and giving it everything we have. When we’re committed to our vision, every task, every goal, and every challenge is another opportunity to move forward and grow stronger. Staying active and engaged in your business means learning from every experience, even if it feels like wearing yourself out at times. The truth is, progress happens in motion. When you take action, even if it’s not perfect, you build resilience, gain valuable insights, and move closer to your goals. On the other hand, waiting, hesitating, or holding back can be its own kind of rust—a stagnant state that keeps us from realizing our full potential. Don’t let fear of failure or hesitation hold you back from what you’re capable of achieving. So this month, let’s embrace the work, the small steps, and the challenges. Let’s keep pushing forward, staying active, and making every effort count. Whether we’re refining our systems, strengthening our client relationships, or setting bold new goals, let’s keep moving with purpose. Remember: it’s better to wear out on the path to success than to rust out while waiting for the right time." Happy November 🍁

This time of year always gets me thinking. Not just about what I’ve accomplished, but about the journey—the wins, the lessons, and even the moments I stumbled. Some of my favorite memories aren’t tied to numbers or deals. They’re tied to people: The client who texted me they could finally afford the family vacation they dreamed of. The investor who said, “I’m not scared of retirement anymore.” My own family, who’ve supported me as I chase audacious goals. The festive season is a time for gratitude. It’s a time to ask not just “What have I done?” but “Who am I becoming?” Here’s what I’ve learned this year: 🙌 Celebrate progress, not perfection. We’re all a work in progress. Every small win matters. 🥰 Wealth isn’t just about money. It’s about time, relationships, and peace of mind. 🤜 🤛 Investing in others is just as important as investing in yourself. Whether it’s mentoring, sharing knowledge, or simply listening. As the holidays approach, I want to ask: What are YOU most proud of this year? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to celebrate your wins with you. Here’s to wrapping up the year with gratitude and stepping into the next with bold dreams. 🌟

I find this time of year in the days leading up to Yom Kippur extremely intense as I stare in the mirror at the space between where I was a year ago and where I am now and I dive into my reflections through writing. Something I find very beneficial as I reflect on the year gone by is the following 5 step exercise. Try it. In writing. 1. Celebrate every milestone you reached and success you achieved - no matter how big or small, progress is absolute. What are you most proud of? You can think of your professional or personal life, your relationships, parenting, health, finance, perhaps a trait you wanted to work on and improve? Anything at all. 2. Grab lessons, strengths and meaningful experiences and fill your backpack with them for the journey ahead – especially those from dark, doubtful and trying times, from failure and setbacks - they are magnificent and valuable resources and you never know when you’re going to need them so don’t forget about them, lose them or discard them. 3. Acknowledge and write down all the surprises – the things, places, people or experiences you never planned on having but nonetheless came into your life in a magical unexpected way for the better. What did they reveal? How did they contribute to your year? What can you treasure from those moments and safe keep? 4. Tried something new? Acquired a new skill? Refined an art form? Discovered a hobby or interest you never knew you had? All your talents, abilities and skills that you grew, nurtured and developed are now current strengths for you to tap into as new challenges and opportunities arise – leverage these awesome fortes and maximize them to add value to this world. The special gifts you have should be unwrapped and shared – after all, what use is an unopened present that no one gets the pleasure of enjoying? 5. Use the past year as a way to define your new baseline for the upcoming year. It's where you launch from into a new year and it does not determine how far you will go. It’s just your next starting point. Use the past year as a guide to re-evaluate your current values and priorities so that when you build your vision and goals for the year ahead - they are supported by relevant core values that are important to you and that you will choose in favor of, when braving new roads, locking new passions and creating new changes in the year ahead. I'd love to hear from you!

It's hard to believe we have already stepped into the year 2081.🚀 🎈2080 has been a journey of transformation for me. It's been a time of exploration and discovery, with each experience shaping me in some way. It's been a journey of experimenting with various situations leading me to figure out what I don't want to do and what does not really fit with who I am. 🎈 I have had moments trying to ignore situations that I could not solve and also moments of bravely facing challenges. It's been about finding different ways to handle life's twists and turns. Able all, this year has been a journey of simplifying my perspective, finding solace amongst chaos. 🙂 This year, I have been working on my passion, facing challenges and exploring new opportunities. It's been a journey of learning and growth unravelling various issues and making an effort to solve them. Working on my dream has been a truly rewarding experience. I am incredibly lucky to have loved ones who always support me and help me grow. Their unwavering encouragement means everything to me, and I am truly grateful. 🫶 There were situations where I really wanted to do certain things. But being hesitant and insecure has stopped me from doing my way many of the times. More than anything, I have come to a realization that nothing is more important than listening to your gut. Wishing you a year full of abundance, happiness and prosperity🎉. May each of you find the strength to overcome insecurities and fearlessly chase your dreams. Happy New Year 2081! 🎉🎉

So it's a time where some people will move on and start the new year with new resolutions while some people may not get moved on because of the bad time they have faced this year. As this year comes to an end, I just want to share some lessons that I've learned this year are as follows : 1. Letting go things which are not meant for you. (Deep down I want to say is aag lage basti me apan to apni masti me) 2. Hardwork always pays off. (Suna hai jab kisi chiz ko shiddat se chao to puri kaynaat use haasil krwa hi deti h) 3. Have patience, the right things will come to you at the right time. (Samay hi humara sarthi hai bs apne samay ka intezar kro) 4. If any time you feel that things are not working properly, trust me dude a day will come and you'll be very thankful for everything. (Ye jo kahani hum jee rhe h ise likh bhi hum hi rhe h) 5. If your day is not well spent it doesn't mean that everyday will be the same, it's just a matter of time. (Aaj hi to humara nhi hai kal to hoga hi na) I know that a new year comes with many hopes but at the end of the year we all realise that the promises we have made in the beginning of the year are not even completed. But trust me bro your every penny will pay off. Trust the process! उत्तम समय कभी नहीं आता, समय को उत्तम बनाना पड़ता है |
