This is some great insight coming from the Polytechnic University of Milan and GasGas: electric cars have grown up to 13% last year. As demand is growing consistently, we need to be ready to anticipate the market's needs. And through #JOINON we aim to do just that: extending and facilitating #emobility by making it more accessible and manageable, with excellent recharging solutions. For instance, JOINON recharging stations can be installed in any type of parking space, thanks to their hexagonal design, and have the highest degree of protection available on the market (IP55). I want to hear your opinion: what are the perks - or, from your perspectives, the biggest disadvantages - of using electric cars today? Is there any difficult experience in recharging that’s keeping you from making the switch? We always keep an ear on the ground at @Gewiss. #ThisIsGewiss

This a very sad news 🥲 Big fire at Alpitronic facilities in #Italy 🔥🔋one of the most innovative European charging stations manufacturer 🚗⚡️I’m sure that Alpitronic team will overcome this incident and adapt to the situation 💪🏻🇮🇹 Its customers are #cpo companies, like #Germany's E.ON Drive, that in May 2023 announced an order of 4,500 additional fast charging columns from the #Italian manufacturer. These devices would be used in customer projects and for public charging by 2025. What will be the impact of this incident to the whole #ev industry? 🤔 Alpitronic produce DC fast charging columns in the power range between 50 kW and 400 kW. It was founded in 2009 as a start-up for the development of power electronic systems, by Philipp Senoner, Sigrid Zanon, Andreas Oberrauch and Alessandro Ciceri. After various development activities for the automotive as well as the industrial sector, the company launched the first fast charging pole in 2017. Exponential growth followed, and the need soon arose for the opening of new branches in #Munich, #Bergamo, and #Bologna, which occurred in 2023. This year Alpitronic began global expansion with branches in #Charlotte in the #US and #MiltonKeynes in the #UK. A new, larger headquarters in #Terlan, on the outskirts of #Bolzano, has also been under consideration for some time, but the project has met resistance at the municipal level. Alpitronic has more than 500 employees, a large proportion of whom are involved in development, according to data from the chamber office. #electricmobility Check news updates: https://lnkd.in/dmavtd2K
