Massage? Anyone partake on a regular basis? Not a lot of people know this but 20 plus years ago i trained as a masseuse. Didn't do anything much with the qualification as life took some intriguing twists at that time. Now, i recently retrained enabling me to actually use my skills, alongside my fitness and mental health qualifications and training. I offer companies in-house training/advice, from 1-2-1 to groups both in work or private getaways specific for your company. I focus on route cause, from physical, mental and spiritual.
