Position Type: Full-Time (Field Sales)
Job Overview: The Relationship Leader for Alternate Channels will develop, manage, and enhance relationships with key partners and intermediaries to drive business growth through alternative channels in Retail Asset products. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing partner relationships to achieve sales targets and strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management:
Identify, establish, and manage relationships with alternative distribution channels, including aggregators, dealers, and other non-traditional partners.
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategies to leverage these
channels for business growth and market expansion.
Negotiations and Agreements:
Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners,
ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve sales targets for alternative channels by creating and executing effective sales strategies.
Market Research:
Could you conduct market research to identify potential new partners and expansion opportunities?
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
Promotional Activities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities and campaigns for alternative channels.
Training and Support:
Facilitate training and provide support to partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell the company's products/ services.
Qualifications:
Education: Under Graduate / Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, and business development, within the financial services or NBFC sector. Experience with alternative channels is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including channel development.
