Another month, another London trip for #NeroxTeam (Ksenia Koller and Christian Unger). This time for the Crypto and Digital Asset Summit by the Financial Times. Very strong regulatory focus and rightfully so. Our UK colleagues are doing an extremely good job in legitimizing crypto space. In fact, ‘Stop cryminalising crypto’ was a red thread of the conference to some extent. Let’s not forget: more than 90% of all financial crimes are associated with TradFi and cash, yet crypto is still being painted as this big furry monster by most of the media outlets. Some very polarized opinions and some very united ones (like ETFs being overhyped). Some brilliant panels & talks that took place. Thank you Carol Alexander for the fireside chat on malpractices on exchanges (a.k.a. what we can do to avoid the next #FTX). David Mercer on the future of digital asset market structure. Lively debate about the factors driving crypto prices, thank you Ijeoma E., Aleks Larsen, Michael Howell and Christopher Obereder.
