As I navigate my professional journey, I'm constantly reminded of the vast gap between my current skills and those of seasoned professionals in my field. It feels like 24 hours a day isn't enough to catch up. I often wish for a magical "in-between day" – a pause between yesterday and today – to complete my tasks before tomorrow's demands arrive. My to-do list is overwhelming: stacks of books to read for personal and professional growth, courses to take, quality time to spend with loved ones, and precious "me time" to recharge. Am I being unrealistic, expecting more hours in the day? Or am I not alone in feeling like time is slipping away? #LCCWithExcellentempire, #20daysconsistencychallenge.

Contemplating a change in 2025 but unsure which direction? Heres a tool that could help. The Good Time Journal from Designing Your Life—a framework rooted in human-centered design (my jam). Here’s how it works, you track your day-to-day activities and rate them based on two things: - Engagement: What parts of your day are you fully present for? What makes you feel alive? - Energy: What energizes you? What drains you? Over time, you’ll get a clear picture of the tasks that are fueling you versus those that are burning you out. If you’re considering a career pivot or just want to reset for 2025, understanding what drains you—and what lifts you up—gives you a compass for where you want to go. It helps you identify what to take with you into the next chapter and what to leave behind. So, if you want to make 2025 your year of real change, but are not sure where to start, try keeping Good Time Journal for a couple of weeks. You might be surprised what you learn about yourself. #CareerPivot #LifeDesign #CareerGrowth #PersonalDevelopment
