Ask good questions with an intent to understand vs give feedback and solve their problem! So many great nuggets of wisdom in this podcast as I think about what I can do better, our leadership team can do better and our organization can do better to provide a better work environment that’s helps every single employee with their own mental health and well being! And first time I truly understand the concept of the 4 Day Workweek which isn’t what I thought it was. And more like what I have done in the past with ROWE and a flexible work environment. #mentalhealth #wellbeing #leadership

Honored to have been featured on The Deal Board Podcast to discuss a topic close to my heart: embracing mental health at the executive level and how it sets the tone for the entire organization. Thank you to the Transworld Business Advisors team for spotlighting this critical conversation. Initiatives like the #StigmaFree Workplace are designed to empower leaders to prioritize mental health in their organizations. When executives "walk the talk," they create a culture of openness, trust, and support that benefits every employee - which then provides "permission" to seek support, help for oneself, family members, loved ones who may be struggling. The workplace can help reinforce and refer to support systems. This work is not just about ending stigma—it’s about fostering workplaces where mental health is seen as essential as physical health. Together, we can continue building stronger, healthier teams. Let’s keep the conversation going!
