Nicola is an amazing Relationship & Intimacy Coach with a lot of knowledge, empathy and warmth to share. While she is amazing at what she does, she was struggling with trying to do all the things, making offers, having services at the right price points, clarity of audience, and profitabilty. Sound familiar? Her website was cluttered with freebies, courses and soooo much valuable free content that it was overwhelming and gave her audience no reason to buy. THE BACKSTAGE PASS: One of my favourite business development practices. I love sending personalized videos from inside the venue of my keynote speeches. Who do I send them to? Past speaking clients. Past coaching clients. Future speaking clients. Future coaching clients. Family and friends, because that’s awesome too. By staying late, or having some downtime in the venue on the multi-keynote days, it’s a great way to stay top of mind with key people and invite them “BACKSTAGE” at the venue, via video. Backstage. On stage. Side stage. You name it. The Steps: Bring a list of 5-10 people you want to connect with and do it from the venue, after your speech (give the speaking client your best performance first). The Significance: People feel special and like being “thought of.” Inherently, you get thought of too. You can make future keynote sales from the seats of a current keynote venue. ***Tell them “this is not A.I” in the video, because everyone thinks it’s just A.I. these days.
