Career paths are more of a zig-zag than a straight line. Here's mine: Early in my career, I always thought that it was linear: → Associate → Manager → Director → VP → C-suite But interests and priorities change. And that's okay. Let's normalize nonlinear paths. Just like with user onboarding, there isn't a "one-size-fits-all" approach. What does your career path look like?

It could be something simple as talking to people, being creative, analyzing numbers, making presentations, designing your workspace, etc. Hold it in your thoughts for a minute. Think of all the things you do around what you like. Think of all the things you would like to do. Think of all the things that could happen around this thing you like.
