It’s amazing how technology can empower individuals, offering more freedom and connection to their surroundings. It’s hard to imagine, but just close your eyes. What if you lost your sight? How would you adapt and continue your daily responsibilities and life choices? It may seem like opportunities shut down, but what if someone were there every step of the way to describe what you’re looking at? Guiding and warning, informing, It would open a world of opportunity and a kind of independence previously not possible for those without sight. This app is that solution - Seeing-AI utilizes computer vision and generative ai to create useful audio cues and descriptions that make the world more accessible for people with temporary or permanent blindness. This kind of mission is why I work in tech and at Microsoft. I’m excited to see this app’s development and evolution. 🙏😊🎊
