As part of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, NCS provides data-backed strategies that all workplaces can implement to foster inclusion. The first strategy is to implement the use of visual supports! Emphasizing inclusivity in the workplace involves providing tools, resources, and strategies that are designed to help all employees succeed and be the best at what they do.
