Cool climate technology means nothing if it's not used by anyone. Over the last several years, thousands of building owners have adopted Runwise technology to reduce their carbon footprint and save money on energy. A lot of that adoption is thanks to the effort of my co-founder Michael Cook, who's also our Chief Growth Officer. The New York Real Estate Journal just named him an Innovator to Watch in CRE (I'll link to the piece below). From the piece: "At Runwise, we have created a “must-have” product independent of carbon impact, which has incentivized thousands of owners and operators to implement our technology. Now, our company is on track to be one of the largest reducers of carbon emissions in the US over the next couple of years and has been adopted at a national scale unlike so many other climate technologies in the real estate industry."
