🚀 🔋⚡️🚛 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬-𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐳 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐬! Following notable advancements by Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks, Daimler Truck AG is now in the spotlight with its #eActros600. This electric truck, which recently underwent tests for its 1 MW MCS charging system set for deployment later this year for early adopters, has demonstrated others impressive performance : 🔧 During a rigorous 5 week testing period in Andalusia, #Spain 🇪🇸, the eActros 600 was subjected to comprehensive evaluations. Each system, from battery thermal management to air conditioning and rapid charging capabilities, was tested under temperatures reaching up to 43.89°C. ✅ The results? The eActros 600 successfully passed all stringent tests, showcasing its robustness and reliability even under extreme conditions. 🛣️ Following these tests, the truck traveled more than 2,000 km from #Granada to the Mercedes-Benz AG development and testing center in Wörth am Rhein, Germany 🇩🇪. 🌍 Dr. Konrad Götz, Deputy Head of Global Testing at Mercedes-Benz Trucks, noted: "After winter trials in Finland in subzero temperatures and initial public road tests, the electric truck was challenged to perform in temperatures above 40°C in Spain. The eActros 600 effortlessly met these rigorous challenges. We now look forward to real-life operational testing with our clients." 🔋 Equipped with 3 lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO battery or LFP battery)packs and an expected range of approximately 310 miles, the eActros 600 is engineered for superior performance and durability. 🌱🔌 Officially unveiled last October, the eActros 600 is set for production this year, with both tractor and rigid body variants available at launch. #MercedesBenzTrucks #eActros600 #Innovation #Sustainability #ElectricVehicles #EVs #TruckingIndustry #FutureOfTransportation

The future of electric vehicles (EVs) always stirs a mix of anticipation and uncertainty, and the latest news on Volvo's EX30 electric crossover encapsulates this perfectly. 🌿🚗 On the bright side, the EX30 boasted a blend of smart design, capable powertrain, and a commendable driving range with an attractive starting price. It showed Volvo's commitment to sustainable transportation, a core value we share at Net Zero Evolution. 🌍 However, it's not all smooth sailing. The delay in the U.S. arrival of the EX30 until 2025, due to increased tariffs and shifts in the global automotive landscape, is undoubtedly a setback. The anticipation has been dampened for customers expecting to drive this new model off the lot this summer. 💡 Positive developments include Volvo offering alternative vehicles to customers with preorders until the EX30 arrives. This demonstrates a customer-focused approach during challenging times. Furthermore, shifting production to Belgium may align with a more sustainable manufacturing footprint, reflecting our dedication to localising production and reducing transport emissions. 🔍 The negatives, such as potential price increases due to higher production costs in Belgium, and the overall delay can affect market momentum and consumer excitement. In the rapidly evolving EV space, such delays might give competitors an edge. ⚖️ Our role in the EV industry, especially in recruitment, means staying abreast of such pivotal changes. We understand the complexities and strive to connect talent and business that can navigate this dynamic arena. 💡 How do you think the delay will impact the EV market, and what can businesses do to adapt to these changes? Let's discuss how strategic partnerships and innovative talent solutions can turn challenges into opportunities. 🤝🏼 Join the conversation in the comments down below. #EVindustry #SustainableTransport #NetZeroEvolution

#Volvo is living up to the promise it made last year when it announced to end production of vehicles powered by diesel engines in early 2024. This XC90 assembled at the company's Torslanda factory is the final oil-burner produced by the Swedish automaker, ending an era that started 45 years ago. The blue SUV won't be heading to a customer since it'll go into a museum for posterity. In 2017, Volvo announced plans to end development of diesel engines. Last month, the final vehicle with a diesel engine (a #V60) was built in Ghent, Belgium. Now, the diesel engine is completely gone from the lineup. The European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) claims diesel's market share in Europe dropped from 16.4% in 2022 to 13.6% in 2023. Fully electric vehicles were more popular last year by taking a 14.6% share. https://lnkd.in/g2Ycp4dc #IONAXS #CleanMobility #eMobility #ElectricCars #FutureMobility #Batteries #Automotive #ElectricVehicles #AutonomousVehicles #EV #Lithium #Innovation #Sustainability #Recycling #Future #Energy #Efficiency #Technology #AVEVAI #TomTsogt 🔔👍

Very likely to reach a tipping point in China Q1 2025 of greater 50% registrations for new energy vehicles. Add to that the fact China is coming out of a recession and 50% of EVs worldwide are being sold in China = Lithium could make a strong rebound in 2025. Usha Resources Ltd. Arctic Fox Lithium Corp.
