** UPDATE ** Text from audio !! Sounds so weird written out !! “I thought I'd just tell you a bit about how it feels or how I felt when getting started with wanting to lose weight - for me it felt like a huge mountain to climb, like climbing Mount Everest, Mount Snowdon or something like that. It just seemed impossible and totally unrealistic, it was so daunting it's like, could I even think about doing it but it's just taking that first step. I did that so I'm really proud of myself for actually taking that step and doing that, so I reached what we might call base camp by losing a stone or 5 or 6 kilos, you could equate it to getting to base camp maybe, that I've taken those first few steps up there and I can see a better view that you know I can achieve it I can do it, so even though I've been away on holidays I've been on loads of trips this year and I've stabilised held off the extra weight while waiting at base camp is one way of putting it, I still have a long way to go, I just need to take the next steps really to lose the next 5 or 6 kilos or a stone for those of you who do it in pounds and stones. So basically I need to give myself a good old kick or talking to, to take the next steps to start reaching up to get the next bit of weight lost so that's what I'm looking to do next.
