What if we were able to position market research and insight as an investment, not a cost... what a novel idea! 😉 I recently sat down with the very excellent Julia Joskey from @datatranslators to talk about this. And we recorded our musings. The outcome is this this video, in which Julia is talking sense, sharing her expertise and giving some practical ideas for what can be done to shift the dialogue to one of value and impact. And me, I'm just talking! How can data and insights teams win the battle for budget? How can internal teams more effectively communicate and manage stakeholders? How do data and insight leaders reinforce the value and commercial impact they generate through their use of data and their commissioning of research. It was a doozy of a chat!
