And again, this is that time of the year, to reflect on the year that is about to end and to plan for the one that is about to begin 💭 Personally, I don't believe anymore in expressing new year's resolutions. Way to often we become victims of our own procrastination and many good intentions remain merely, well, as said, only good intentions. What I do strongly believe in, is planning; breaking down high-over objectives into monthly, weekly and daily achievable goals ✅ And since the second half of this year, I got inspired by and totally invested into the art of manifesting, to tap into the power of the universe to create change. And believe me, it works. It really does. While I am committed to live the here & now to the fullest, I have also set some challenging goals for myself for the new year; all within the area of personal development: - Learning and practicting daily a new meditation technique, alongside transcendental meditation 🧘🏼 - Learning new languages 🇺🇦 🇫🇷 - New physical workouts 🤸🏻 What's your take on setting goals and chasing dreams?
