This has, and will continue to be, down to our people who are the heartbeat of our organisation.   On this Employee Appreciation Day, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every member of our teams who contribute unique talents, dedication, and passion to our shared goals. Our teams’ hard work, creativity, and commitment are the driving force behind our success, and for that, we cannot thank you enough.   Recognition is an important part of our culture as it not only acknowledges individual and team efforts, but also fosters a sense of appreciation and motivation across the business. We believe in highlighting these efforts and showcasing the collective commitment we have towards our shared goals.   Our recognition and reward scheme, known as ST⭐R (Special Thanks & Recognition), has had almost 60 nominations across the business since December.
