For a lot of my clients (and for me) I think distraction is a major issue. So much of what we do in GTD is about enabling appropriate focus on the thing that, in the moment, is the right one. With the world at our fingertips on our mobile devices (and the with refrigerator always only a short walk away), avoiding distractions is key. Would be interested to hear from others how they ensure they're consistently focused on the right things.

It's just the always-on of working remote that I hear people grapple with time and again. Having some kind of routine or ritual to disconnect helps, but I'd be curious to hear what others do, and in particular how their company supports them as a real person with a real life in a hybrid setup...
