How to accelerate and cultivate growth? We got together to co-create #GrowthCulture principles and signed a pledge. Last week our extended leadership got together for a 2-day seminar to discuss/define #GrowthCulture and the purpose behind it. We ended the summit with a ceremony, where we all signed a “pledge”.
