T-Mobile has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I started at about 8:30 this morning and just ended with getting nothing done from multiple customer service reps, and multiple supervisors. I was even told to “be patient“ with the multibillion dollar organization, needing a lot of time to review a very minor matter. CEO Mike Seivert will be getting a lengthy complaint.
