General Duties Include: 1.1 Interact with patients/families to address complaints or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment 1.2 Collect patient experience survey for all services of all departments/units 1.3 Collect patient compliments from all departments/units 1.4 Set a time frame for addressing/resolving complaints, escalating the concerns to the team lead as required (new item) 1.5 Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies. 1.6 Follow up with services provided by various departments/units. 1.7 Explain facility related policies and procedures for patients, families and visitors when required 1.8 Investigate complaints and concerns & facilitate the resolution of the patients/families concerns with the staff and physicians involved. 1.9 Record patient requests and concerns using department’s database system in efficient manner 1.10 Collect data and information about patient complaints 1.11 Assist in resolving conflicts within the point of service and acting as an intermediary between patients, families and staff 1.12 Assist patient with information on how to submit a formal complaint 1.13 Coordinate the patient focus group meetings 1.14 Communicate with patients and relatives in person and by phone with excellent standards of customer care and responding to inquiries directly where appropriate #Lebanon #Hiring #Vacancy #Job #Achrafieh
