NHS England's Future Connectivity programme is supporting the NHS by providing expert guidance on wireless connectivity technologies and sharing best practice from implementation at NHS organisations. One of the focus areas has been mobile connectivity challenges, such as device and coverage issues, for community health workers. These challenges can significantly impact healthcare delivery and professional effectiveness. Topics covered so far include Wi-Fi Roaming and a report on how Mid Cheshire Trust addressed community connectivity challenges. 🔗 Find out how these problems are being tackled and use our guidance to address the challenges in your area: https://lnkd.in/enmzpjxy #HealthTech #WirelessConnectivity #AnalogueToDigital
Thanks for this info, very interesting. We did not go for a roaming solution as it guaranteed a drop in connection earlier when the device sees a better network, than when you are on a single network. With our community connectivity solution being SystmOne but not serviced by VDI solution any loss of connection losses the work being conducted. We remained on a single network until we either implement a VDI or fix TPP not to lose data if network is lost. 😀 any assistance would be most welcome
Amazing to see how far this has come along since the trials we ran nearly 3 years ago. Well done to you all
This has been such a rewarding programme to work on especially being able to build strong relationships with organisations across the system
Very useful documents. We are completing our WiFi upgrades with a view to use RTLS features across all of our sites, so a good basis for my proposal documents and to check we are on the right path.
Fantastic programme delivered by a fantastic team!

7hSounds like a great programme. I would be interested to know if Digital Inclusion was factored in. Enabling organisations across the system to actively enable people they work with in communities to be digitally enabled?
