Just completed the "Artificial Intelligence: Ethics & Societal Challenges" course! This four-week journey deepened my understanding of AI's ethical and societal impacts. We tackled crucial topics across four modules: 1. Algorithmic Bias & Surveillance: Exploring if algorithms are truly unbiased and the implications of AI-driven surveillance. 2. AI & Democracy: Discussing how AI affects democratic processes and ways to harness AI to strengthen democracy. 3. AI Consciousness: Delving into whether AI can be conscious and what it means for our treatment of AI entities. 4. Responsibility & Control: Examining who is accountable for AI actions and how to maintain control over intelligent machines. I will be discussing each of these topics here soon, stay close ;) Highly recommend it for anyone interested in the ethical landscape of AI!
