Account information errors: Inaccurate or incomplete account details, like Incorrect name, address, or phone number. 2.Duplicate accounts: Having multiple accounts, which is against Amazon's policy .Using the same details to create two accounts is not possible. They might connect and result in detachment. 3.Returns and refunds abuse: Excessive returns or refund requests, indicating potential abuse.It could lead to poor health. 4.Seller performance issues: Poor performance metrics, such as:High cancellation rates. Low customer satisfaction. Failure to respond to customer inquiries. 5.Amazon's discretion: Amazon may deactivate accounts at their discretion, even if no specific violation occurred. 6. Policy violations: Breaching Amazon's terms and conditions, such as: Selling counterfeit or restricted products. Engaging in fraudulent activities.Abusing promotions or manipulating reviews. 7. For infractions including selling illegal goods, deceiving customers, or employing unauthorized marketing techniques, sellers may face suspension. Poor Performance, Due to subpar performance, such as a high return rate, unfavorable customer reviews, or low order failure rates, sellers may be suspended. Customer Complaints, If a seller receives a lot of complaints from customers, especially regarding the quality of their products or customer service, they may be suspended. Intellectual Property Violation, Sellers that violate others' intellectual property rights, such as by marketing fake or stolen goods, may have their accounts suspended. Suspicious Activity, If Amazon notices suspicious activity, such as fraudulent or unlawful activity, it may suspend a seller's account.

A policy warning on Amazon is a notification sent to sellers when their listings or actions on the platform have been found to be in violation of Amazon’s policies. These policies cover a wide range of areas including product quality, customer service, intellectual property rights, and more. Amazon has strict guidelines in place to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and to maintain the integrity of their marketplace. When an Amazon listing policy violation occurs, Amazon will send a warning to the seller’s account with details about the violation and steps to take to resolve it. These warnings can also be viewed in the Performance Notifications section of the seller’s account dashboard.
