We have hundreds of names for growing business through marketing -- digital marketing, lead generation, email marketing, inbound marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing. The list goes on. At the end of the day, our goal (the collective "we") is to build awareness & engagement and drive business. If you're not focused on collecting your prospective customers email addresses (or phone numbers) and building your marketing lists (or SMS lists), you're missing opportunities.
