Do you want your readers to love your work? Here’s a tip to make that happen: Take your time. Yes, I understand. Time is your most valuable currency, and you can spend it only once. We want to do things as fast as possible. But if you take your time and do things deliberately, everything you do becomes more valuable. That goes for your writing, too. It takes time to — learn to write for your reader, — create a writing plan, — compose theses and outlines, — work through a draft, and — do multiple editing rounds. But if you want your readers to love your work, you will have to love it yourself first. And that means spending time with it. Are you willing to? Join our workshop on How to Start Your Christian Nonfiction Book, and learn how to set yourself up for success! I’ll show you how to find your subjects and topics, and how to construct your theses and outlines. Yes, it takes time. But you will make a greater impact on your reader. Looking forward to seeing you there! When: Tuesday 19 November, 13:00 EST Where: Your Best Story Academy on Mighty Networks ___ #YourBestStory — We help Christian nonfiction writers be deliberate and redemptive in their writing, living, and thinking, and ground themselves in the love of God. #bookeditor #writingworkshop #nonfictionwriting #writingtips #writingcoach #redacteur #schrijven #schrijftips #christianity #church #memoirwriting #christianwriting

In nonfiction writing, determining what to include and what to exclude is crucial. Every piece of information connects to a larger picture. For instance, if you're writing about Christianity, you may need to touch upon Judaism and Islam to provide context. The same goes for other topics—deciding how much to delve into related subjects is part of the challenge. Whether you include nothing or a hundred words, each choice shapes your narrative. Join the Pen & Prompt Club for weekly prompts that guide you through these decisions and keep your writing focused. 🖋️📚 https://bit.ly/4dFe2AR #NonfictionWriting #PenAndPromptClub #writingtips
