Young lady with gross cerebral venous thrombosis related headaches, worsening neurodeficits with aphasia while on heparin was treated with endovascular venous thrombolysis and thrombectomy. The intermediate and long lasting clinical benefits with reversal of the presenting symptoms overwhelmed the immediate angiographic results of recanalized venous sinuses.
