About the job –SALES MANAGER Experience- 5 to 8 years Location- HARYANA Must have- Experience in the Cosmetic & Personal Care category. Experience in Sales and Channel Sales (Distributors Network). Experience in Team Handling. Job Responsibility:- • -Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth in the Haryana State. • - Manage a sales team, providing guidance and support for high performance. • - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Haryana. • - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors. • - Monitor market trends and customer feedback for improvement. • - Conduct sales meetings, set targets, and provide feedback to the team. • - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. • - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities. • - Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. • - Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
