As the Public Relations & Communications Officer, you will manage the reputation and image of NiNAS, working to gain public understanding and support through planned publicity campaigns. You will also help the department of business development and office Director General in carrying out marketing plans to boost NiNAS brand awareness. You will work closely with all departments for planned events, as well as with third party partners, such as the local media and official bodies. You will also create and maintain media and marketing contact management systems, online and media reports, promotional events, marketing channels, and marketing materials. You will also support events via social media and relevant trade facilitation review websites. You may also assist in creating content for all social media events. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum of Degree / Higher National Diploma in marketing communication, digital marketing, brand marketing and Sales, or other relevant fields. You should also have previous work experience or training in public relations, communications, or marketing. You should be proficient in computer applications, software systems, and online functions. You should also have excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines. You should also be able to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
