Just wrapped up the 1st module of an incredible leadership workshop with my company thyssenkrupp Materials UK Ltd hosted by the amazing team Nine Dots Development Limited 🎯 This first session, *Exploring Your Leadership Style and the Impact You Have*, was all about getting real with ourselves—how we show up as leaders and how our style influences everything around us. 🌱✨ Turns out, it's not just about what you DO —it's about HOW you show up! This module really hit home for me personally. I’m on a journey to live more in the PRESENT MOMENT and embrace mindfulness and gratitude in my everyday life. What really stood out was realising how this approach can impact not only my personal well-being but also my relationships with colleagues and my overall leadership style. It’s a game changer. 🙏 We dove into some seriously eye-opening concepts like **content vs context** in leadership and spent time reflecting on our **ECR (Emotional Capital Report)**. And, of course, we had the “fun” task of exploring the **drama triangle vs presence** (spoiler alert: staying above the line is harder than it sounds, but it’s worth it!) LOL! A huge shoutout to our amazing coach, Jane Devlin Nine Dots Development Limited with her enthusiasm and no-nonsense honesty really kept us all on our toes (and maybe had us doing some deep soul-searching, too)!
