This week’s weekend read is a watch. As a #marketer I see a great need for #storytelling which appears to be in short supply these days. And it’s not only about “Macdonaldization” of content (hello #Netflix). The deficit of good #stories is even more prevalent in the #corporate #pr and #marketing departments. Which brings me to the #video shared in this post. Most of you who are reading this grew up with #games being almost always simple arcade entertainment. A lot has changed since then and #gaming plays huge role in your #customers lives. The recent #thewitcher TV adaptation flopped because its creators ignored the fact that almost entire audience were #gamers who experienced first class storytelling of the earlier #pcgame . The bottomline: truly successful #marketingstrategy needs a good Story - and most #Customers who you will be telling it to are Gamers.
